My approach to therapy combines all of the fundamentals of traditional counseling with the belief that it should be geared toward people and their individual situations in this modern world. If you are looking for a stuffy, boring experience, I may not be the therapist for you. I believe that therapy can produce results and be a part of the week that you look forward to.

Courtney Liska

LPCC

My goal as a therapist is to provide an individualized approach that is tailored to each person I work with. Whether you are experiencing crisis, grief, anxiety, depression, stress, relationship issues, life transitions, parent-child relationship challenges, family conflict or have simply lost your way, I will meet you where you are.

Without judgment, I prioritize creating a safe space to talk and unpack life’s many challenges that can leave us feeling overwhelmed and stuck. It is important to me to build genuine and trusting relationships with clients, as this creates the foundation for healing.

Marissa Wood

Hope for the Journey is my professional motto.
