Mamas Weekend Retreat

Tiffany is inviting 7 Mama's to join her for a therapeutic weekend retreat October 9th to 11th. This will be a 2 night 3 day retreat that will be allow you to return home feeling more grounded, connected, and restored.

Nature Walks 

Hocking Hills State Forest is just outside our door and we will not only offer group walks, but you can also do this independently to allow yourself to sit with silence. This will be a wonderful way to reconnect with nature, this can be not only rejuvenating but also incredibly calming. 

Watercolor Painting

Since before our time people have manifested the desire to express emotion and thought through artistic forms. Watercolor is an art-form that allows for stillness in our minds. The instructor 

will help you to connect your emotions to the art of watercolor painting as a tool for art therapy. 

This retreat will allow you to:

*Build relationships with other moms who may share the same challenges

*Share your story and listen to others 

*Reconnect with yourself and those around you

*Find moments of silence 

*Return home refreshed, rested, and rejuvenated

Fire Circle

Each evening you will have the opportunity to wrap up your day with an evening fire-circle. You can bring an instrument along with you, come and sing, chat, and continue to connect with those around you and yourself. Joining around a circle is a life long tradition from culture to culture. This fosters deeper connectedness and community.

Mindful  Meditation

Mindful meditation teaches us to focus on the present moment, breath by breath.

This will be time to rejuvenate from within. Meditation allows us to quiet our minds and focus on the here and now. You will participate in a guided meditation and breathing exercise following the meditation.

Restorative Yoga 

We will offer a slow-flow yoga class that will allow each participant to synchronized breathing with each movement to produce beautiful, flowing patterns of motion and energy. designed to transform the way you think, feel, and move, increasing physical capabilities in tandem with the mental.  Slow-Flow promotes anxiety relief, self-growth, and continual advancement toward your own goals, offering benefits as long as you remain conscious and active during your practice.
