Tamika is a licensed social worker who received her undergraduate degree from Indiana Wesleyan University and graduate degree from Case Western Reserve University. Tamika has a wealth of experience working in maternal/infant mental health, diagnostic mental health evaluations, care coordination, collaborative and integrated care, and individual and group psychotherapy in outpatient hospital and community mental health settings.
The pressures of life can run deep, my goal is to hold space for you without judgment, instill hope and work together in partnership on your journey to wholeness and healing.
I enjoy spending time in nature, reading, baking, traveling, playing saxophone and spending time with loved ones. A favorite proverb, “The purposes of a person’s heart are deep waters, but one who has insight draws them out.”
