My goal in counseling is to provide a safe, judgement free space, that we can work collaboratively and create space for growth . I believe it is an honor to serve the clients I work with and strive to meet them where they are to guide them on their journey.

I specialize in working with children 3 years and older who have experienced trauma and/or have mental or behavioral health needs. I have been intensively trained in the use of Conscious Discipline and other trauma informed clinical practices to improve life quality and sense of safety for the children I serve. I value working collaboratively with parents/guardians of the children I serve. Parents are children’s first and most important teachers throughout their lives.

My love and passion for working with children has grown even more as I transitioned into motherhood myself. This reaffirmed the importance of the statement “it takes a village.” Parenthood can feel very lonely, isolating, and shaming. Having another person to walk the journey with you can make all the difference. I have experience in working with pregnant mothers, individuals transitioning into parenting, postpartum depression & anxiety, parenting needs, and bereavement issues.

I achieved my Bachelors from Kent State University in Human Development and Family Studies and later achieved a Masters in Social Work from Cleveland State University and am a Licensed Independent Social Worker.
