Hope for the Journey is my professional motto. As your partner, my goal is to support your healing by arming you with the tools, insight and encouragement to increase your hope, healing and happiness along your journey through life. Treatment is uniquely tailored to each individual’s needs and is done in partnership with the individual or family.

I am trained to provide a variety of eclectic and holistic therapies including Art Therapy, Play Therapy techniques, CBT, Mindfulness and more. I am experienced in working with older children, teens and adults facing a variety of mental health challenges including anxiety, depression, ADHD, stress, grief, career change, chronic illness, women’s issues and transgender exploration and transition.

I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor and Art Therapist. I earned my bachelor’s degree from Kent State University majoring in Communications and Psychology. I hold a Master of Art Therapy and Counseling from Ursuline College and also have a Master of Education degree focused on adult learning and development and organizational behavior from Cleveland State University.

I create a safe, calm space free of judgement and I’m ready to accompany you on your journey towards healing and wellness!
