I believe in a holistic focused approach to therapy. I incorporate mind, body and spirit to achieve a regulated emotional state and balance in one’s life. I believe that client’s are the experts in their own life and I have a variety of therapeutic techniques in my toolbox to accommodate each individual to find their unique healing path.
I specialize in working with individuals adjusting to parenthood, postpartum depression, postpartum anxiety, infertility, pregnancy loss & birth trauma.
