Hello and welcome, I’m so glad you’re here. If you’re thinking that therapy might be for you, I am proud of you for taking this next step in your wellness journey.

My counseling room is a place where you can show up exactly as you are. We will sit with the hard things and celebrate the good ones, especially when life feels overwhelming or confusing. Using Person-Centered Theory and DBT interventions, I bring a passion for working with all ages, but my main focus areas are with young adults, teens, adolescents, and their families as they navigate life changes and relationships.

Many of my clients manage anxiety, depression, self-esteem issues, ADHD, relationship challenges, or LGBTQIA+ related experiences. I believe therapy is not a “one size fits all” solution, and I am committed to discovering what works best for your unique needs. My promise is to always show up with authenticity, curiosity, and a commitment to creating meaningful change together. No matter what you’re carrying, you don’t have to sort through it alone.

I am currently completing my master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Baldwin Wallace University. I also hold a BFA in Theatre & Performance from Emerson College, which helps me approach our sessions with creativity and confidence. As a queer-identifying individual, I also regularly pursue training to further my competence in working with members of our community.

Outside of the office, you can find me crafting, walking through the Cleveland Metroparks, or playing with my rescue kitties, Luna and Stevie. Thanks for stopping by, I look forward to working together.
