Hello! I’m Jacqueline and I am a licensed social worker. I earned both my Master of Social Work and graduate certificate of Trauma-Informed Practice from Case Western Reserve University in 2024.
Together, we’ll create a safe space where you can share your authentic self and feel free to express your thoughts and emotions. I am passionate about helping adults learn new coping skills and lean into their curiosity to explore the origins of their feelings and beliefs. I believe that you are the expert of your own life and would be honored to walk alongside you as we dive deep and gain greater insight into who you are, how you react to things, and why you react the way that you do. My practice is guided by a strengths-based approach since I believe that everyone is capable of growth by leveraging their personal strengths and talents to make a positive change. I use a combination of cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, and psychoeducation to help my clients reach their goals.
I understand that therapy can be intimidating, so I will meet you where you’re at. I am LGBTQ+ affirming and trauma-informed. Together, we will collaborate to make sure that you feel supported, build resilience, and gain the skills necessary to accomplish your goals.
In my free time, I’m most likely knitting, reading, or watching Dungeons & Dragons actual play shows.
