I am a licensed social worker and chemical dependency counselor assistant. I received my Bachelor of Science in Social Work from Bowling Green State University and I am currently finishing my Master of Social Work and Graduate Certificate in Trauma-Informed Practice from Case Western Reserve University.

I am passionate about working with young adults as they navigate life’s changes and how it impacts mental health. My therapeutic process is using a strengths-based approach to discover coping skills that work for you. My goal is to walk with you through life’s challenges as I provide a space to hear your story without judgment. I believe in supporting your voice and choice while drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Motivational Intervening techniques.

I have experience with young adults in the residential setting and adults in community mental health. I provided therapy for those experiencing substance use disorders, anxiety, depression, trauma, and life adjustments.

My hobbies include painting, running, and exploring new bakery places around the Cleveland area.
