My goal in therapy is to provide you with a judgment-free safe space through every walk-in life. I will work with you to create an individualized approach tailored to your own needs and goals. I value building trusting and genuine relationships with all
clients to enhance therapeutic measures. Whether you are struggling with anxiety, depression, grief, stress, mood related-disorders, relationship issues, career conflict, school issues, transitions, spiritual concerns, or communication, I hope to help
you find healing. I am here to help you find hope that you have the strength and ability to create the life you want. My missions to help you remove cognitive barriers and become self-aware of how thoughts, emotions, and behaviors shape your life. I
want to help you utilize your strengths to overcome challenges and achieve your goals, regardless of your background or history. I aim to provide the knowledge, tools, and a little humor, to help you live your best life!
I have experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and the geriatric population. I am a graduate student in Liberty University’s Masters of Clinical Mental Health Counseling program. I earned an undergraduate degree in Psychology from
Cleveland State University. In addition to my counseling pursuit, I have been a Registered Behavior Therapist for two years, where I implement behavior interventions with Children with Autism-Spectrum or behavior disorders. I enjoy working with
families and children to address behavioral concerns. I would love to work with you regardless of age or the present situation. I want my clients to achieve and maintain healthy lifestyles. Mental health is so important to our overall health!
I look forward to being a part of your healing journey.
