Cameron works with women, ages 18-99 disarming patriarchal oppression, and reclaiming embodiment, empowerment and voice. She has also worked with hospice patients and their families. Cameron has experience working with individuals experiencing symptoms of grief, depression, anxiety and adjustment disorders, life transition (including divorce, death, loss), behavioral concerns and trauma.

After 22 years of practice, Cameron uses an integrative approach of mind, body, spirit: opening the heart of compassion. In counseling, her emphasis is on positive psychology, and her focus is to facilitate an increase in patient awareness of self to create self- change. Cameron completed Dr. Gabor Mate’s Compassionate Inquiry Training utilized to treat trauma.
