My goal as a therapist is to provide a safe and accepting space for you to share your challenges, difficulties, and strengths. I will tailor my holistic approach to best meet your needs by incorporating aspects of CBT, DBT, and mindfulness. I am a health and wellness enthusiast and I like to incorporate my experience as a teacher, personal trainer, and yoga lover into sessions to promote healing through harmony of the body and mind.
